The "category" is based on the wind speed, which is not the problem here. The potential problem is severe flooding. Anyway, the reporter said "there are no evacuations," so I don't know where the title of the video came from.

@@NeilWick Listen, man, I appreciate you trying to explain what a storm can bring to bear, but with the exception of the years I spent stationed abroad while active duty, my entire life (including now) has been spent on the North Carolina coast. I know very well what to expect during anything and everything from your run-of-the-mill thunderstorm to a cat 4 (never lived through a cat 5 and dont want to). In knowing that, I was merely making light of the asinine title of the video. So, until I see you on TV pointing at a green screen predicting the path of a hurricane, keep your elementary knowledge of meteorology to yourself.

This reporter must have seen NBC and ABC reporters, with raincoats that have brand logos on it. In her jealousy, she printed her network's logo and glued it on a red raincoat.
