I have the same problem, but sometimes engine gives a visible 'THUD' noise on start, a couple of times. Also feels like engine misfires ever so slightly only on start. Did this behave the same way? Already changed spark plugs & ignition coils.

If there is a similar noise, it is most likely a tensioner fault. ( please note, if engine light is appearing on cluster please read DTC)

The noise was occuring on idle without load? I´m having a very similar noise but only with load around 1500RPM, wondering if can be the same problem

Does your car have engine vibration?

I have a question. So, I am currently trying to get the front cover on my jeep off and am having trouble getting the balancer pulley bolt off. Now my question is the bolt reverse thread?
@autoCRtechАй бұрын
Which bolt are you asking about? If you are asking about the crankshaft damper pulley (22 size socket), that means it should be loosened normally anticlockwise like all the bolts
@233teddyАй бұрын
@@autoCRtech yes, the 22mm for the crank pulley. Thank you! Yes I am having trouble getting the bolt off I was just wondering if I was going to the right direction lol.

If you try to remove timing related components, set the timing mark before removing the relevant parts of any timing, then try to lock the camshaft sprocket, because if you remove the Tensioner without locking it, timing is likely to be the jump
@stevenguyen79032 ай бұрын
It is in the timing chain, Have to replace the tensioner in the chain
@autoCRtech2 ай бұрын
There is no need to change the timing chain, if you have doubt, change it

I have the same sound, but it goes away when it gets to operating temp. Not sure what it is.

If your car has the same problem, it will be the same tensioner fault

@@autoCRtech even if it goes away like prior comment said? I have similar sound when I start my 2021 Sahara with 2.0 turbo but sound goes away after a minute

If you hear the same sound as in the video above, it's a problem with the tensioner. Sometimes a slight noise comes from the turbocharger in cold conditions, this is normal. During that time there will be rough idling. This is because the engine comes up to operating temperature quickly. And there is no problem of vibration in your car, right?
