@@ironfaithwrestling The back-and-forth exchange, especially from a coaching perspective, was fantastic. Often, when watching videos, it feels like you're just learning a move without understanding the reasoning behind it. This conversation, however, felt like a coaches' seminar, providing valuable insight into the 'why' behind the techniques, rather than just demonstrating a few moves.

I worked on this with my brother a while back, he just tries to use too much muscle in these scenarios and not thinking about what I'll do.
