I wrestle and I have this routine that I normally do and tonight I didn't really want to do but I said no let me go to KZbin to put music on so I can do my 50 push ups 100 crunches before I go to bed and then I saw this vid . which made want to do my routine so thank you for giving me that motivation!

Kolat, Greetings from India Sir.Can you provide tutorial videos on basic single and double leg take down as well as effective drilling with a heavier body bag and wrestling practice. Forgive us for asking basic stuff but your videos are the most comprehensive and articulate. Your fireman carry throw helped me in fight with just one viewing. You push the wrestlers mindset in all your videos.We have no wrestling coaches here in Bangalore other than pehlwans
