I'd have to say, don't compare yourself to anyone. Be the best you that you can be and do whatever works for you. The dabblers fall behind naturally.

Wow, i didn't know you did sports psychology/philosophy. Its a good point too. I wrestled from 7th grade up through high school. You're right. I was a winner some of those years and a mediocre guy the rest. I noticed that when I was mediocre, i didn't do as much because I just wanted not to be a loser but probably was heading there at times. Spot on

Cary Kolat im in the 7th grade and your one of my biggest inspiration's in the sport of wrestling. You and my amazing coach give great advice and the drive for me, I told my coach i wanted to go pro because of my love for the sport.
