i like the use of jazz throughout the video, makes thing more fluid, not so stiff

Despite being filmed like you were high on cough syrup, this surprisingly made a lot of sense! 😂

Crossing your legs is a no no but if you watch Vito Arujau closely you'll notice that he does it a lot . I've always wondered why his coaches never broke him of that .

Larkin or someone else with good advice, what do you recommend a lightweight(113lbs) do for more explosiveness on bottom? What I have right now is good enough to escape everyone in my state up to 126lbs, but I was wrestling with one of our 132lbs wrestlers and I was struggling a bit to get off bottom. It felt like every time I got up he was able to pull me back down, and the best I could get was a scramble situation, but that’s difficult when they’re three weight classes above you… any advice?

Personally I'm not an explosive person. I can't get out in 10 seconds like someone like Adrian Meza (watch my previous video to see how explosive he is on bottom) So what I have to do is really take my time on bottom and seal off before i start working my way to my feet. Take your time but be active with your hands by keeping things out and constantly clearing positions. If you're not explosive then don't try to be an explosive wrestler. Find what works for you.

Good Film my 13 and 7 year old have just started wrestling in Turkey after leaving the uk 2 years ago ,the club is not top level ,so getting advise from u tube is useful ,my son just turned 13 he is 5ft 9 inch and 62 kg he is very fast he can run 100 m in 12 seconds ,there are no athletics clubs over here ,before we left the uk he did some boxing and sparred with boys 16 plus as any boy under that age could not compete with him ,I tried different clubs same result ,in Turkey the nearest boxing club is 400 miles away ,good luck to you and your channel .
