This is an awesome convo with The Big Show. We discuss his relationship with Randy Savage, his incredible run with Mark Henry last year, his complaints about workers today, and a prediction on Hulk Hogan appearing at Wrestlemania XXX and much more!

Yes Big Show has gotten a lot slower over the years. You can't argue what he still has going for him though, even this far into his career he still gives it his all every night he's on TV. Not just that he's one of the best guys on the mic in the business right now and I think fans don't notice it because of everything else about him.

Hey, Rosenberg... you and that Arda Ocal guy are the best wrestling interviewers I've seen in forever. Straight forward, no gushing, and intelligent questions. Keep up the good work.

I was thinking the same thing... very intelligent guy. I gotta say that actually there are a lot of wrestlers that are surprisingly intelligent. kind of belies the public image of wrestling in a good way.

I think it's great that the guy asks enough questions to keep the interview going, but allows big shoe to speak. A lot of interviewers either move to fast or to slow but I think this guy has it down to a tee :)

Great break down of psychology by Big Show here. You can do anything you want in the ring, but you have to ask yourself: "Is this going to enhance the story I'm trying to tell?". If the answer is "no" ... don't do it. If the answer is "maybe" ... don't do it. You shouldn't have to qualify it with anything more than a "yes". The very best wrestlers can make your jaw drop (whether they're doing a moonsault or a really cool spot) while seamlessly fitting the action into the broader story. It's what makes HBK so astonishingly good. Of course, part of this is how much the crowd actually *likes* you. You're dead if they don't care. Case in point: Hogan and Rock didn't have to tax themselves too much at WM18 because the crowd were already hooked. They executed the match perfectly given the story and their on-screen personas.

I remember years ago I saw him at the airport. At the time I was a wreck since I was flying home to go to my grandpa's funeral and seeing him completely lifted my spirits. I worked up enough courage to say hi and he nodded to me. I told him I was from SC too and he said "cool." I didn't get an autograph or pic since he said he was too busy at the moment (although he was only reading a magazine). Despite that I know deep down inside he meant well.

I only ever watch tho channel for Wrestling With Rosenberg, but he's such a great interviewer that I might have to watch more of him. Not sure why I haven't yet already because I also love hip-hop music to the point that all my friends ask me for suggestions on who to listen to.
