WrestlingPremier. The Shield in WWE was a great group.....but I like the Blackpool Combat Club. in AEW. that Group is way better then the Shield. their matches much better then what WWE does. I'm Glad Moxley , Brian Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli are doing much better in AEW then they did in WWE. Wheeler Yuta is one of the best up and coming Talent today he is great as part of Blackpool Combat Club.

The Shield's return in 2017 had huge pops and great matches with The Bar and New Day but that run ended very soon once Ambrose got injured.

I do like how they kept this storyline "realistic" in nature. Even though Roman and Dean "forgave" Seth, they never forget. It shows that even though you can try and part ways with your past, it can still linger in the back of your mind and cause doubt.

the Roman one is more interesting. Dean moved on in many ways whereas Roman still wore the Shield attire and had the same music. He was the one who was hurt most

Not really because the more you think about it, it seems like it was more about getting the group back together just for Roman to get cheered which was a theme with the company was to get him over at any cost. Plus, they didn’t have any groups to feud with besides because they were just mostly you just random guys up together with all the respect.

Absolutely hated this reunion. It was another attempt to get fans to cheer for Roman. Ambrose and Rollins reuniting was awesome, but Vince couldn't handle anyone getting a bigger reaction unless it was for Roman. This wasn't the Shield, it was Roman and his bitches.

The Shield’s reunions felt so forced and underwhelming mainly due to the fact that Vince was so desperate to get Roman cheered. There’s no denying that Roman has massively improved over the years but oh my God, his babyface push marked a huge black hole on the WWE product for years. Those were very dark times.
