It was the story of a man who had grown addicted to people's adulation. Oftentimes doing wacky stuff to get his fix. I think his allergy from fans or germaphobe stuff was actually him trying to break free of his addiction (which was holding him down, according to him), getting shots, to get some sort of immunity.

Honestly, I thought his heel run was completely underwhelming. I was expecting a Jon Moxley-like character, a character that wanted to torture Seth for what he did to the shield, as Dean never forgot. Unfortunately, we had a 70-year-old fool booking the show that didn't understand how to book a heel ambrose. Had this been triple h, Ambrose would have been the best heel in the company at that point.

Tho his aew run for awhile there he was the biggest thing in wrestling especially for opening the forbidden door. His first aew title run was my favorite title run in years.

In 2015, 2017 and when he came back from injury. Vince kind of had him in the spot Matt Riddle is in now. Where he's a goof who beats all mid card guys. But loses the big feuds. 2016 he was the only time he was pushed well. With Triple H, Brock, Jericho feuds. Then winning MITB & title. Feuding with Rollins, Reigns, Ziggler, Cena and AJ most of the rest of the year. I think everyone thought this heel turn was going to be the push that brought him back to being a top guy. To bad this booking failed him terribly. One day it will be interesting to see him full blown heel in AEW and how much better is then this was.

I absolutely loved Dean Ambrose in WWE. The guy who should have been the breakout star to The Sheild if you ask the fans at that time and honestly beyond during the run. But given how he was truly treated, I honestly understand his decision to leave. I don't hold it against him one bit. We are in a new Era of WWE my friends, and under Hunter nothing is impossible but I'm honestly glad he got out when he did. The man is a now confirmed 3x AEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. Say what you want about AEW In the troubled times but he is still always a fixture of their plans and they really do treat Mox pretty fair. He's a locker room leader with his counterparts Danielson and Jericho, but he has the freedom to be himself and Tony seems to at least know Mox is MONEY and a good hand.
