Yes it's alright, although my greatgrandmother blood pressure monitor is similar to that one shown in the video but the buttons are different in a way. The buttons are below it but it still has the function like start, mem and set button. The only problem is I can't able to erase the previous blood pressure results. I press and hold the memory button for 5 secs and it didn't work. I tried it again and nothing.

@@alexshazam5482 Unfortunately, we don't know how to erase memory on a device that is not Paramed. It may be that there is no such function on that device. Do you have instructions for use from that device?

Thank you for mentioning the phone!!. Was getting abnomal.readings when it was within 3".and then it was entirely accurate and normal.

If like me you have a bony wrist these monitors won't work reliably. I went back to the arm BP monitor & it works great.

I've been using your manual cuff for months because none of the battery units (arm or wrist) worked worth a darn and I have to keep a log of my blood pressure. I got your wrist cuff today from Amazon in hopes it would make taking my bp a little easier when I'm not home. I can't get the numbers to work. My manual was 130/70/81 The wrist 117/70/78. The systolic is consistently lower on the wrist monitor. I have to be missing something or my 5 1/2" wrist is just too small. Help.

Hi, Sandie! I understand that you are embarrassed by such results. There may be a problem with the measurement accuracy. If I understand correctly, you are comparing the result obtained with a manual blood pressure monitor and the result with a wrist blood pressure monitor. The arteries of the wrist, however, are narrower, and not as deep under the skin as those of the upper arm. This makes it difficult to get accurate readings. Another important aspect necessary for proper measuring is making sure you use the device properly. The monitor must be exactly in the right position as any movement can throw off the reading. While measuring your blood pressure, it is important to keep still. When using a manual blood pressure cuff on your own, this can be easier said than done. Pumping air means you're using physical effort, which means you are affecting your blood pressure. In turn, the readings you get from a self-measurement will not be entirely accurate. Try to listen very closely and use this blood pressure cuff in complete silence in order to easily hear the Korotkoff sounds. Keep a close eye on the pressure gauge arrow to see the upper and lower pressure numbers. I mean, it's quite difficult to get the same results with these devices. What can you do in this situation? - Measure pressure as correctly as possible with one and the other devices, at the same time and under the same conditions. - Record both results. - Go to the doctor and compare your devices with the doctor's. And give preference to more accurate. To summarize: manual BP monitors are considered the most accurate. Wrist - less accurate due to the location of the arteries. But both devices require a certain skill to use. And one more thing: if you have a problem with our devices, you can always contact our support manager, and your problem will be solved for sure. They're sensitive so sit w both feet on the ground arm at heart height and opine at least 12' away

Came here because my BP reads go from 155 to 117 to 169 to 130 to 70 all within 3 minutes 😂 I know I’m doing something wrong
