Blood pressure could also be anxiety. And some doctors are overprescribing meds when the condition could be white-coat syndrome and not necessarily Hight blood pressure.

depends on if the doc wants to push drugs that need constant monitoring (return customer)... or wants to actually improve the patient's health... might suggest home-testing, losing weight, increasing exercise, anti-inflammatory diet and supplements, spiritual practices etc. Listen to your doctor's advice and decide for yourself whether its godd for you.

I was looking for food and exercises to help lower bp and I saw this video. I am 45 yrs old and my bp has been spiking high for 3 or 4 weeks now due to stresses around me. Bad neighbors and freakin noise! I just came from my doctor now and she wants me to take a bp meds but I opted not yet. She said I need to lose some weight. And I am crying right now coz Im a healthy person, no family history of heart disease and such. Just bcoz of stress lead me to this. God help me.

Beet juice celery and lemon drop blood pressure and reduce hypertension also flax seed powder in tea or coffee even in juices help to reduce blood pressure and hypertension Ceylon cinnamon will also drop blood pressures I do all of them I went from 150/100 to now 117/83 I do so much more activities I ride a bike again and run overall more things getting done feeling great again.😁

I’m starting that now mine is near where ur Bp wash for years I had low blood pressure but then I got unhealthy stopped working out and had beer far to often. Making a drastic change starting to day. Sad thing is I got comfortable I used to have a 6 pack but now it’s time for me to bring it back.

That's what my blood pressure is at now and I'm very concerned. I started to make lifestyle changes already. Any tips from anybody who had high blood pressure before I would really appreciate it. I just turned 34 and I'm not overweight and I don't smoke. I recently just got clean from opiates and I know the opiates caused my high blood pressure

A "broccoli and cheese" soup recipe that's good for blood pressure. The ingredients have 4 of her top 6 lists: 1/ Chicken broth 2. boiled white beans (rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, most any kinds of beans) 3/ spinach (blended, rich in potassium, folate, magnesium) 4/ Garlic (traditional food to lower BP) 5/ Evaporated milk (Vitamin D and calcium) 6/ Cheddar cheese (just for taste only, zero carb, note tat salty cheese can raise BP ) 7/ Broccoli (rich in potassium, fiber, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, amino acid, glutonic acid, glucoraphanin. The AMA says that's the top food to prevent strokes)

@Shanaya Brah that's good I'm happy to hear that my friend. My wife was dealing with high blood pressure just this past July. She was pregnant we go to the doctor and I thought I was going to lose my life in my new baby. Me and my wife dedicated our child to God and named our daughter faith. Things are getting real crazy in the operating room it was an emergency C-section my wife's blood pressure dropped all the way down to zero. She was losing her life so was my daughter and much danger I was concerned I started to worry. And then as I was praying I heard that I believe I heard God told me you're naming your daughter faith so have faith. And I did my daughter was born premature but healthy. At least our size is premature but then here we are now what 5 months away from July and my daughter's actually the biggest child of all my kids she's so chubby now. None of my other kids were as chubby as her when they were her age. I do hope you consider turn into Christ if you have not already. Fructose seems to cause insulin levels to rise and keeps them elevated as long as you keep pumping it in. This slowly leads to insulin resistance followed by type 2 diabetes, weight gain, and high blood pressure. Realy scary, isn’t it? But yes, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure seem to go hand in hand, and this is one of the main reasons you should be careful about what you eat. Now I am very careful with my diet and also following some of these exercises available on Healsonate which is very effective to keep my blood pressure in check.

The best foods for high blood pressure are the keto diet, and intermittent fasting. Yes cocoa is good but don’t add the sugar, garlic is great, stay away from wheat, and carbohydrates. Watch Dr. Berg !
