my wrists pop when i do this all the time and it feels bad its like grinding the joint and i dont wanna hurt myself, even if i go really light like 5kg my muscles can handle it no problem at all but my joints dont like it at all it keeps VISIBLY popping in and out how do i fix this?

How would you rate the style of wrist curling of Levan. Is it the hardest way to do it and is it that much different from flat wrist curls/other variations?

Yeah it is slightly difficult i dont know science about that but gravity make the role in it thats why it is is difficult
