Duncan, Thank You! I loved your 45 minute power yoga sequence too- that one starts out TOUGH! Your friendliness and kind spirit shows through your attitude and voice. I got a kick out of what you said was "right" and "left" and what actually was right and left- but that doesn't matter. THANKS AGAIN for your energy and guidance.

Through various injuries and post-ops (and aging...) I continue to find this practice 'carefully challenging'--with the focus I need on breathing. I come away feeling I've again received a fulfillment through yoga. (I also find your considerateness and humor, delightful.) Thank you, Duncan!

Thank you so much for your amazing video. I just discovered yoga at age 50+ after a lifetime of intense fitness. Fell in love and overdid until my wrist got funky. Love your video and style as well as your obvious understanding of the human body. You rock!

You're so fantastic. I have rheumatoid arthritis so a lot of what happens in an average power yoga class is beyond what my wrists will allow. Thank you (: (:

I think this is the only video of yours where I actually got "mad"- lol, during the side plank series. Guess I need a little more patience which in turn will lead to strength. Haven't done core work in a while. Love your videos; just came across them this year. Thanks for the challenge :-) Namaste

Great class! Cues are right on and my wrists don't even hurt! But one of my students is complaining. He's a big guy, 65, 240. I try to get him to think about index finger mound to thumb in DD but until he heals this flow will help. Namaste

Thanks for this! The only (constructive) criticism I have is that it was hard to hear you even with my computer volume turned up. Admittedly, I did this on my back porch and there are a lot of bird song. But it would be awesome if you got a mic so that the sound was clearer. Honestly though this was a GREAT session (my wrists give me a lot of trouble) and I'm happy to have found this! Cheers!!! ps. Yeah, I suppose I could get some speakers, right?

Thank you, Duncan. I also could not hear you very well and when I did it seemed like you were saying right but doing things on your left. So I was sometimes a little confused. I would not really think of this as power yoga. But it was a great, easy on the wrists mellow work out. Namaste.
