Thank you for your variety of wrist free yoga practices. I get arthritis flare-ups and a lot of weight on my wrists is just not possible during those times. It’s heartening to realize there are only a few poses that take body weight onto the wrists and that one can have a full and meaningful practice without those poses.

When I first came across this video I didn't know there was wrist-free yoga, so I saved it for all those times my hyperelastic joints just weren't taking it. Most recently I'm recovering from a shoulder injury (exacerbated by yoga's chatarungas) and once again I've returned to some of your classes. Thank you for being here.

I broke my wrist while in Costa Rica this year. I was missing yoga and found this class. Loved it. I am alm,ost healed now and I have tried many of your classes. Love them, great pace and transitions. Love the accoustical ones too, very relaxing! Thank you!

Thank you for creating a yoga practice that is more accessible for those with mobility issues in their hands. I have mild cerebral palsy which affects my left side, and cannot do traditional weight bearing poses (on the hands). Very grateful for this video. Blessings!
