Hi Erin, thanks for that kind of yoga class, it’s help to switch from with or without putting strength on wrist or and shoulder. So we can continue our practice and we have choice. Glad your back and hope you’re feeling good ! See you on the mat 🙏

Thank you for your variety of wrist free yoga practices. I get arthritis flare-ups and a lot of weight on my wrists is just not possible during those times. It’s heartening to realize there are only a few poses that take body weight onto the wrists and that one can have a full and meaningful practice without those poses.

Thanks so much, I hurt my shoulder and your wrist free is something I can do, please record more classes like this, I'm so glad I don't have to give up my yoga altogether because of my injury, namaste 😊

Forget how my wrists feel, this was amazing for my plantar fasciitis. Really great to strengthen my legs and feet with standing poses 😀

When I first came across this video I didn't know there was wrist-free yoga, so I saved it for all those times my hyperelastic joints just weren't taking it. Most recently I'm recovering from a shoulder injury (exacerbated by yoga's chatarungas) and once again I've returned to some of your classes. Thank you for being here.

Fantastic for a Saturday morning :-) Plenty of movement and stretching while avoiding those painful wrists. I sometimes have tendonitis in one wrist, so this is just what I needed. Thank you!

This is an amazing class thank you so much. My wrist was super sore but even some of the stretches which i thought might challenge it, have opened up and made it feel better! Thank you. I'll be back

Shoulder injury here. Great class to work on balance and i like that's it's shorter.

I tried this yoga this morning... Stretching sometimes gives me cramps lol! I like the beach it's nice to swim after yoga class... 👍🏻😍

I broke my wrist while in Costa Rica this year. I was missing yoga and found this class. Loved it. I am alm,ost healed now and I have tried many of your classes. Love them, great pace and transitions. Love the accoustical ones too, very relaxing! Thank you!

Thank you! I'm recovering from rotator cuff disease and this helped me use my body. Especially because I was also diagnosed with FAI.

This class was great as I have to stay of my shoulder due to rotator tendinitis. Can you please do a similar class that's longer, like 40-45 minutes? Thanks Erin.

Thank you for creating a yoga practice that is more accessible for those with mobility issues in their hands. I have mild cerebral palsy which affects my left side, and cannot do traditional weight bearing poses (on the hands). Very grateful for this video. Blessings!

OMGoodness! I'm so excited! I've never been a yoga person because of injuries from softball & the feeling I wasn't doing it right. Your videos have me falling in love with yoga. I ordered a new mat yesterday :)
