Great video they should make it mandatory for shops to take service riding classes because it’s definitely needed in our industry. When I was taking automotive engineering class is over 30 years ago write it right was part of the college curriculum for automotive. shops sublet air conditioning for mechanical shops and body shops in my area San Francisco Bay Area is a big thing most of the air conditioning and radiator shops have all gone bankrupt and out of business . Computers and technology they did not keep up expensive come back mistakes burning up $1200-$2000+ electric compressor kill shops profit margin the first time they make a mistake.

I agree, all shops and techs should have proper training in the front of the house as well as the shop training.
