Written Accents and Spoken Spanish - Do I Need a Written Accent?

MaestroKaplan I am currently using Babbel and using yours videos because you are clearer and more in depth. I have a Spanish speaking fiancé from Colombia but I’m finally trying to take learning Spanish serious and moving there in April. So the long to get to answer is that I am basically new.

@@taylorfreeman8754 first, CONGRAULATIONS on your engagement! Here are a two ideas for learning Spanish. OPTION 1: To get you speaking as much Spanish as possible as quickly as possible, I would recommend the following video kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXavXqhtrpWUa68 It does not explain everything, but it will give you a way to talk about the past, present, and future in very easy terms. OPTION 2: For a more comprehensive approach, you may consider going to amazon (or similar site) and purchase a book called HOY DIA. This is the textbook that I use in my Spanish 101 and 102 classes. If you go to my youtube homepage, you will find playlists that are synced with the chapters of the book.
