Lately a lot of the topics you've covered have reminded me of the quote "The unexamined life is not worth living" and it's easy to tell you've thought about and examined deeply, the circumstances of your last few years to draw the conclusions and share the insight you've gained on this channel.

Amazing how we spend all this time dealing with "what could be" or "what could've been" instead of dealing with "what is". This is extended to the people who enter and exit our lives.

0:50 God damn that was spot on: "If it was the right person it would be the right time. If it's the wrong person it's also the right time, you just weren't meant to be with them" SPOT ON! I almost always throw a freaking hissy fit when someone mentions that it wasn't the right time, but it was the right person. Like if it's the right person, any time is the RIGHT time - no matter what. If it's the right person, y'all will make anything work under any circumstances. Great vid, topic is amazing!

I've been trying to tell my friends that we are not entitled to anyone's affection. Everyone's an experience. Yes I like to think about the multiverse a lot(usually different scenarios where I'm exactly where I wanted to be and probably a universe where I was Spider-Man or something), but I'm also reminded how many good things and people I have in this life, it's not perfect but it's mine and I try to be grateful every day. I do miss people who aren't in my life anymore and I do regret things I've messed up in the past but it's best to keep moving forward. PS. Loved the video, you're one of my favourite KZbinrs, keep up the good work!

Lost a lot of friends this year because it was too toxic and somewhat I get blame for not understanding my feelings or don’t care for it. Same way when I have a crush and she doesn’t respect my feelings too. This year isn’t going well but it is what it is.

I love the different movie scenes that you used. I've noticed that I have been fixated on the "what ifs" or the "should've been" and it's definitely a hard place to get out of. Why is growth so uncomfortable??
