no , i actually believe the defendant's version of events , and the only damage to the plaintiff's car was a front fender and a front bumper which on that car is around a 500 dollar repair including parts and labor , thats why he was able to easily sell the car and get a new one , i believe he was drunk and suddenly put his foot hard on his gas pedal just a 150 feet or so from the intersection and he slammed into her car because he was drunk , and he hit her so hard she needed to go to the hospital . the judge was mean to this poor girl who got hit by a much more experienced older man driver , who unfortunately most likely was DRUNK !

Fun fact: the person who caused the incident was a teacher at MY SCHOOL because she was HIGH and didn't see that the light was turning red and caused a 4 vehicle accident. My mom didn't go after her for that though.

The defendant wasn't even a licensed driver at the time! All she had was a permit. She had no experience to be able to determine anything she testified... "he was doing 60 in a 30." Unless someone in her car had a radar gun or was timing the plaintiff between two points, she has no clue how fast he was going. If the plaintiff threw the bottle, you bring that to the police for fingerprints; you don't KEEP it just in case you're sued later (and it looked washed...). The plaintiff saw her getting brake-checked and she admitted at the scene she got brake-checked - so she lied about being hit from behind by a vehicle also turning left with her who then inexplicably took off straight.

Even though it's a cliche, to reference Judge Judy in a People's Court video. I found myself saying two Judge Judy quotes, when the defendant was telling her story. "If you tell the truth, you don't have to have a good memory" and "People are laughing at you."

I love how she brings a picture in a neck brace, as if that proves anything. Anyone seeking medical attention after an accident is placed in a neck brace...it is procedure. It means nothing in regards to if someone is truly injured and it has nothing to do with proving fault. Lmao.
