Wrong way driver on four lane. Hwy 60 Seymour mo. 4-7-24

I was on hwy 60 at Seymour at the stop light on 4-7-24 when a guy driving a one ton dually pulling a camper trailer and a side by side behind it pulled out on hwy 60 in the east bound lane heading west. He could have cause a very serious accident.

He can drive that around legally but God forbid I hook my tractor behind my F-250 and haul it to the lake as I'm over 26,000 I need a CDL.
