WRX Facelift: Headlight Build & Noble Grille Install

In today's video I will be removing and customizing my factory head lights on my 2019 Subaru WRX. I a will also be installing a Noble JDM Style front grille while I have the bumper removed from the car. You can find a Noble Grille for your car below! Feel free to comment any questions you may have!

Those headlights actuslly turned out incredible. I was always nervous about doing the clights in my headlights. Whats funny is ive put my ps3 in the oven but i wouldnt put my headlights in 😂

I ACTUALLY WENT TO A JUNK YARD AND GOT SOME HEADLIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS TO PRACTICE ON..I WILL SAY THE VB'S USE PERMASEAL TO SEAL THE HEADLIGHTS SO SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE A BIT MORE OF HASSLE TO DISMANTLE BUT THAT COULD JUST BE CIRCUITDEMON TRYING TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE FUTURE BUSINESS...

I remember on your old WRX how you did the chrome headlights the same way. Then you switched it up to the Hikari LEDs and wasn’t a big fan. Hope you decide not to go the same route but hey it’s your car. It’s great to see you pick a clean slate VA and go through the process of making it your own!

Not sure how destroyed that bumper is, but I'd bet it's in a lot better shape than my 2015. If you ever decide to get rid of it, I'll pay for shipping.

It's hard to see, but there was a crack halfway down the one side of the bumper, and whoever "fixed" it screwed it all up. Haha

question about the Nobel grill you installed. I see that the IIR website shows two grills for the 2018 WRX, one like you installed, and another which 'looks like' a metal mesh grill face. My question is, do you know what materiel that other grill is actually made of? The reason I ask is that I bought a very similar 'JDM' grill for my '18 WRX and it looks exactly like the one you installed in this video, however, after two years the 'gloss' coat is greatly flaking off which makes it look terrible. Just thinking of switching to the 'mesh look' if it is actually a metal materiel . Keep up the great content!

The center of that Grille you are referring to is a metal mesh material!

How far back is that grill recessed back? An inch maybe? I have a front camera and I think it might get blocked.

It might be about an inch-inch and a half. It has a cut-out and pre threaded holes for the front camera, so I assume it would fit but I'm not positive.

There are these things you can make (and eat!) called salads. Sometimes they even contain green 'leaf-like' products like spinach, mustard/collard greens, arugula, and much more! Crazy huh!? lol.. But seriously.. I'm a proper carnivore. But I do like a good salad from time to time. 🤘🤌
