Great video. I feel this is something that should be done in PA as so many people do become offended at an officer's actions during a traffic stop because they assume that the officer should know that they aren't a bad guy. Education in police tactics is something the public would benefit from understanding as there are too many people who don't understand the attitude they get from the officer when they start to get out of the car and walk back to the cruiser.
