I have one that I got from homeplus! The heating pad isn't as big as that hello kitty one (it's a cheapie usb plug in one), but it has gotten me through the korean winter at work. I can't live without it now!

I love the electric heater things Korea & Asia have. I had a really useful rechargable handwarmer thing, like a muff kinda one, which you can put both hands in. Sooooo warm and fluffy.

I bought my daughter one that looks like a hedgehog. Hers comes with a USB plug so she can plug it in to her computer, and keep her feet warm why she does her work. :)
