TB introduced me to this game so many years ago, now I've played it for over 500 hours, mostly with extremely difficult mods after beating all the pre-made scenarios too many times for it to become easy and monotonous. RIP John Bain, oh how we all miss you. Probably shouldn't ponder on it, but I can only imagine what other games we all miss out on because off his passing.

The game is currently for free on Epic games store. Because of that I stumpled across this TB video. It was very nice to hear his voice again. He still leaves a huge gap in gaming related youtube content. Nobody was able to fill his shoes.

Boris was injured at the start of the war…. Look in his character bio…. This Is why he is slow. personally I use boris, pavel and then the other 2 don’t really matter to me,( although there is one woman who can play the guitar if u make one, I forget which warn it is but she lifts the spirits of the people in your shelter) I use pavel to move about fast and clear a lace out… then boris to collect everything with the other 2 at home to upgrade the home…. I wish u could see the raid on your base though if u choose not to go out one day and u happened to get attacked

There was a really bad time where he got extreme hate on nearly every video, he had a breakdown where his mental health declined severely and had comments disabled for quite a while. When he re-enabled all his comments, nobody commented on his videos for fear of something happening. It used to be a bit of a joke when someone did haha, I remember when someone just commented "balls of steel" and it was literally the only comment on that video

"when he re-enabled his comments, no body commented on them for fear"... are you joking? You think literally millions of people held off commenting except for 1 person? He disabled them after the new system and never re-enabled them. After his passing Genna enabled them again. Stop pouting fucking bullshit.
