It's not so much that CP9 are psychopaths(though Lucci definitely has bloodlust). The anime doesn't show it much, if at all, but basically Cypher Pol 9 are raised since childhood to obey the world government. Essentially, they're indoctrinated into their jobs.

@@Timberzy99 It could always be my problem - although I don't know how, since the other videos on the platform haven't changed, and yet, I don't rule it out. But in the last five or so videos, I constantly hear crackling in the audio. Of your speech specifically. In my sensitive headphones, this often hits the brain. Perhaps you should check for yourself - the higher the volume, the more audible the artifacts. I'm not sure what exactly this could be caused by - there are indeed many standard reasons for this: lost audio capture settings, sensitivity overload in the microphone itself, incorrect audio processing in the editor, even wear of the audio card itself.
