Too late! Without hearing all of what the defense had of course they were going to convict him. Richard Alan confessed to the crimes under duress. I hope the defense can get another jury and the present all of their evidence they have. We want to see the guilty face justice. But it is important to get the right person or persons. Many, many people would have felt much more comfortable had the defence attorneys hands not been tied behind their backs and the case was open and transparent. 👁 The bottom line is that Delphi was a textbook railroad. To add insult to injury, the third innocent victim of Delphi, Richard Allen, was mentally tortured and forcefully injected with Haldal in a State prison for a year before the trial. The State case makes absolutely no sense. The timeline is impossible, the witness statements were misleading, the Judge was bias. The Indiana State police disgraced themselves in their mishandling of evidence and lack of candor. And the story yet untold...The ISP was okay with a de facto State-sponsored propaganda network to leak misleading information to the public. And yes, there was a massive illegal cover-up that will be unveiled in due time.

@cathyaldridge4550 the state had Richard Allen putting himself on the bridge minutes before the girls were abducted dressed exactly like Bridge Guy. Why didn't Richard Allen produce his phone that he was using that day to confirm his CHANGED story about the time he was at the trails? The state had Richard Allen admitting to seeing 3 girls that was backed up by time stamped photographs that Richard Allen would have still been there at 130 and NOT gone as his CHANGED story says... Why did Richard Allen CHANGE his story so many times? The only scary part here is that a small portion of you people (most who aren't even in the United States and are only doing this for KZbin clicks and money) want to see a murderer be released from prison... Why was Richard Allen so comforting in the verdict (admitted by his own defense team in these interviews). The only win in this case is that the jury was constructed of logical thinking people and not crazy conspiracy theorist...

@William-ng2ib wrong RA left at 1:30 according to him. The geofencing data that the police gathered as evidence as to what phones were in the area at the time of the murder did NOT include RA, and therefore was NOT allowed in court. As for ALL the states witnesses no one described RA. Not 1. The sketches do not at all resemble RA and they were NOT allowed in trial. The bullet marks did NOT match. Not a fibre, not a hair, not a drop of blood found either in the crime scene or allens car or house tie richard allen. Straight up railroaded.

@DonFonzarelli-uq9yx according to his CHANGED story he left at that time... Why didn't he produce evidence to back his CHANGED story up? Why is there a picture time stamped from girls that Richard Allen admitted seeing (that would be physical evidence) proving his. CHANGED story to be incorrect (a k a a lie). You people scream he's innocent and there's no evidence pointing to him yet it's quite the opposite there is evidence pointing to him that he cannot explain away with actual evidence only lies

Your buddy Richard Allen convicted himself... You see murderers like him think they are smart and try to "help" by coming forward when in actuality if he hadn't he wouldn't have been arrested much less convicted... Oh wait but then (according to Kathy's new best friend Erika Morse whom the defense said was NOT speaking on their behalf) would have been pretty "sus" as to why Richard didn't go to police when she told him to right??? You see this stuff actually does add up

They only took this case for the notoriety. Allen gets to go on, the girls are gone. Kathy needs to get the divorce she's needed for decades.

Can't believe she brought up the "West Memphis 3". Same evil spirit.

QQQ what did she think of the jury "litterly running" out of the court house all to be stopped by a train trying to get out of Delphi??? (Quote from the juror)

I know RA's defense team will never read this, but just in case they do, I am begging you, now that the gag order is lifted, please put out a video here on KZbin, or even pick a youtuber behind the scenes, that lays out your entire case including all the evidence that wasn't allowed in trial (which was bs and absolutely devastating!) for Rick's supporters. We need to hear it from the horse's mouth. The state DID NOT prove their case beyond ANY doubt, the judge kept back all the evidence that showed his innocence (even though the defense doesn't have to prove anything, as the defendant is presumed innocent, but we all know how that goes) and the police moved the goalpost constantly, in fact, moving the goalpost is probably the only thing they did consistently in this investigation! People need to hear this stuff without any of you holding your punches. I know that you have to play politics, as you have to go on to work with this judge, the prosecution and the LEO's involved, but, at the same time, an innocent man is in prison for his natural lifetime and tact has to suffer so that Richard doesn't any longer. I wish I could start a petition to get you to see this comment and get you to listen to its words. Anyone who thinks this was a fair trial for Richard Allen already thought he was guilty to begin with and those aren't the people that need convincing, as they blindly trust and have faith in law enforcement and they believe those investigators don't get it wrong. Sometimes, investigators, as sick as it is, use cases like this to push agendas, to stack elections and to get the public off their backs. None of those are reasons to convict, or to even try to convince a jury, a man to waste away in prison. Those two girls deserve JUSTICE and their souls won't rest with this. Their families want to believe the state got it right because they feel nothing but pain. But, this isn't right, it was all that was left after LEO's dropped the ball early on. They are just as guilty as the actual perpetrators of this heinous crime and now they get to feel the relief of letting it slide off their backs because in the eyes of the ignorant, they wouldn't do this to someone who's innocent. This. Could. Be. You. Or someone you love. This could be any of us. It cannot happen!! Justice for Abby and Libby and Justice for Richard Allen.

They didn’t. Have you ever seen this many people saying there’s something wrong? Why do you think that is?
