Must be a water supply issue. If there was a sufficient water supply and tower 13 was used to its full potential the flames would have been knocked must faster.

This late in the OP there had better be a water main break. Moving a rig with ladder up, that's a new one.

Not 1 active fire stream going on fire! Two elevated apparatus getting cooked with no master streams going ????? Finally at 12 minutes from video start time got a hand=line flowing! Unreal FWFD

Why put ladder 13 and ladder 7 up if you aren’t going to throw water???

It seems that Indy had water issues, and frozen hydrants will delay operations requiring more resources for longer stretches in order to establish a positive water supply. The tower ladder, I would be positioned with the tail facing the same corner fire building to maximize the scrub area and establish a collapse zone.

1st time I ever saw an arial apparatus move with the ladder up. I drove snorkel and ladder in the ‘80s .No way back then! Makes sense though.

Ok so they had a frozen hydrant , they should have been connected to more than one anyway , the firefighters seemed like they were in no hurry at all , downright lethargic ! And who the hell moves a tower ladder in the.extended position ? That should get somebody fired ! This was the most pathetic attempt at putting out a fire.I've ever seen from a major metropolitan fire department !

It's so sad to see this happening to a house of worship but all is not lost as it can be rebuilt like they did with the cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris France which ironically is the name of a school near Indianapolis Indiana so it the church can be rebuilt and if they have to raise donations for the rebuild that would be awesome Indiana
