That being said, tracks like Do Over, Baby and Guest House are super strong tracks which will always be in my Ghostface mix due to their quality and his versatility. Inspects Deck always my favorite, verses on Cream and Triumph alone are Top Tier…. always flow on point
Come on man....Method Man is S tier. Distinctive voice, flow, personality and just a great rapper. He was basically the mascot of the Wu. His solo albums didn't meet expectations but his work with Redman is iconic. Blackout! is iconic. It made meth super famous and even helped elevate the entire Wu. He was everybody's favorite weed-smoking gangsta rapper before Snoop. Inspectah Deck has an entire legend around his prowess as a lyricist and the flood at his house that ruined his debut album and probably destroyed his career. His verse on Triumph is hailed all around the internet as the "greatest verse in hip-hop", and his feature on "Above the clouds" with Gangstarr is iconic. (His feature on Pete Rock's "Tru-Master" and the music video is classic). I honestly would put Masta Killa in D tier. The man contributed nothing. Less than Cappadonna. He bit GZA's style but it was worse. U-God didn't do much for the Wu either but he had a bigger personality and his baritone voice is kinda iconic at this point if nothing else.

@@RonKooby 😂 ..Did you just learn how to use the phrase simmer down? Because I've in no way responded to you in an aggressive manner. I stated if you believe someone isn't qualified to do this then produce your own. Did you feel threatened by me saying that? Did it offend you? You're a strange dude.

Wow, I’ve been on a big Wu-Tang kick since my copy of Ol’ Dirty Bastard return to the 36 chambers from the record club “vinyl me please” came last month.

The disrespect to Deck is crazy, he had all the most iconic verses and should have been in S tier.

RZA in S tier is pretty bizarre. Don't get me wrong every Wu member is amazing but putting RZA over Meth, Rae & GZA is a little weird to me

Yeah, maybe its because english isn`t my first language and I don`t get everything, but for me Method Man was always the best out of them relativley clearly.

I HATE the term “criminally underrated”, but the pun works here: Tical 2000. Rap’s Dark Side of the Moon. Ppl sleep on Meth because he’s simply “charismatic”

Meth is definitely s teir!.... and Deck is sooo damn underrated! One of my favorite MC's of all time.

Ghostdini has some heat. You gotta be prepared for love/relationship songs but it’s dope for what he was trying to do. Or maybe I’m biased cuz he’s my 2nd favorite MC of all time.

ODB is half of where my name comes from!! I've got incalculable love and respect for every other member, but so as to avoid writing out a whole college essay, that part feels most worth mentioning.

When I think of my favourite Wu-Tang bars, nearly all of them are Rebel INS. When the man is on he operates from another universe.

Favorite solo albums is a tie between Supreme Clientele, Liquid Swords, and Only Built for Cuban Links.. Underrated is Bobby Digital. Also, the Kill Army was a good Wu Tang spin-off.

I haven’t seen the group as a whole live but I have seen Method Man (with Redman) and Ghostface and Raekwon and let me tell you the energy Method Man brings is simply different, I think only Onyx has ever brought more crowd pumping enthusiasm to the stage from any artist I’ve seen live. Also they all played Shimmy Shimmy Ya and Method Man was tearing up and every crowd was all over the track
@munyamubaiwa431310 ай бұрын
You have excellent taste. I agree. I have watched Onyx live on KZbin an the energy they carry is insane. Top tier like Cypress Hill on live shows. Watch the Wu Tang forever and NY State of mind tours for Wu. The crowds went wild. Like when they did I like it raw in Chile and the crowd went nuts.

U-God was pretty capped by being in jail for most of the 36 Chambers recording sessions, really cool that he used the little time he had out so effectively on that album
