"And when I was using, she still said she loved me Be more of a human, less of a junkie You gotta gift man, go and be something If I was in your shoes, I would be jumping And that's when I felt it, it conquered my heart It was the light of a candle, in the depths of the dark And there was a fire, it danced in your eyes A beautiful world and a beautiful mind" One of my favourite verses ever. Unbelievably powerful lyrics. What a band

I don't know if that's what you meant, but when I first heard their music I was convinced it was some British punk band from the 80s or something, Jacob's vocals definitely give off this vibe. They're indeed unbelievable, I'm already a fan!

My brother was in a band with Jacob, back when they where 16. He was like a second brother in many ways. He always had this ridiculous talent. When I heard this came out, it warmed my heart because this song has life & feeling, which is a rarity in modern music.

That feeling of discovering amazing music for the first time is incredible. I still remember being a kid listening to Nirvana, Hendrix, Radiohead, pixies etc for the first time. I'm 35 years old now, and it gets harder and harder to find that feeling again of hearing something new that's truly special. But I can feel it with this band, you just know this is gonna blow up!
