This will probably be the beginning of a mini play-thru of my experience on the new PvE server Harmony for Wurm Online. It depends on what you mean by alive. WO has *always* been a niche MMO. But with the recent steam release, it has broken population records compared to earlier days.

FYI you should be able to change your outline colors for enemies so they look different to you

dropping the shield and the long sword was a bad thing to do. You could had used them to grind fs.

Nah. I'm not a shield user and prefer two-handed weapon with aggressive option.

@@whanethewhip Shield bashing breaks stuff down pretty fast. I normally go sword and shield on normal stance and 2 handed huge axe on aggressive.

@@Soshiplayz I may give it a try in the future. But my play style for most games has been glass cannon and so I will usually go with higher DPS at the cost of shielding. More protection could be nice in a rift but at the cost of points so even there I prefer 2H. But I still might experiment with shield later on to see if I like it.

@@whanethewhip I just know that 2handed axe has highest dps and well. I like high damage. But i do try out every style.

Shadows are a big drain so if you are having a hard time getting it to run well then you can tone those down or disable them entirely.
