An excellent episode. Both Lavell and Vincent offered amazing insights into their Bokh journeys. Understanding the Mongolian culture, seeing how wrestling styles compare, finding out how the Mongolians mix in other grappling arts, these are really fascinating discoveries. I’m glad that Lavell won the championship. Hoping that both achieve more success in the future and bring Bokh to the rest of the world.

This episode has been flying under the radar, it seems, meaning it's not listed with the other recent content. Great stuff, though. Also, dude's getting super buff. Really impressive.

They have been going to release online content and instruction for over two years… still…. Waiting. Its not the technique , the feeling your talking about is tempo. Footwork is timing and distance, tempo is the upper base ! Thats the feeling your describing. And the strategy is the MINDSET the tactics

It’s Inner Mongolian wrestling. Not real Mongolian wrestling Real Mongolian wrestling more traditional and stronger You can see in Mongolia
@MuShinMartialCulture he is implying bokh from outer Mongolia, which is different to inner Mongolia bokh

LMAO Inner Mongolians are also Mongolians who shares the same ancestors. In fact Chinggis Khan started his conquer what is currently called Inner Mongolia, and was buried in the Ordos region of it. Classic demonstration about Khalka chauvinism
