The hoverdroid is the utility that will never get off of my screen when doing puzzles. Wuwa is will always be a chad when adding some QOL stuff as part of the game and not paywalling these kind of stuff on a characters kit.

I'm actually most excited for the lock on camera changes. I HATED using the lock on feature because not only did it not actually follow then target, it also completely prevented you from controlling the camera manually, meaning that if the enemy runs behind you or something you just wont be able to see it and it'll beat your ass from off screen until you remove the lock on and turn the camera yourself to face it, making it completely useless and an active detriment. The only use the lock on has is that it ensures Mortefi's liberation actually hits the target because sometimes it'll just fly in the air and hit nothing for no reason

IMO the Echo mechanic is already a Nier Automata reference of using Pod Skill but overshadowed with Pokemon I still hype for the shooting tools and hopefully Kuro give some update/revamp to Gunners aiming mode and make them shine as Ranger

the pod thing is cool but they should buff the gunner characters. change their hold atk from aiming to quick charge shot. Lee palefire/matrix yellow orb can be a decent reference for hold atk.

I hear that Dawntrail dungeon music, let's gooooo, such a banger! Anyhow, shooter utility + more points for using 180 waveplates + waveplate storage + FREE XIANGLI YAAAOOOOO = elation. QoLs are always nice. I get to save resources for the entire patch, possibly longer if Shorekeeper isn't a healer like I hope she is. All I "need" now is more decent story and something to be done about echo exp and waveplate costs. Thank you, Kuro.

I feel like Kuro Games have the right idea about gacha games. We all know that at the end of the day they obviously want players to spend real money in hopes of getting the characters and weapons they want, but unlike some other developers, they also understand that that doesn't mean you can't keep improving the gameplay experience. The fact that they're listening to the community and are already making some serious QoL improvements although the game basically just released says a lot about them as a developer. I'm not a fan of the whole gacha concept (at least when it comes to spending real money), but when everything else is handled so well and the game just keeps getting better and better, I actually wouldn't mind coughing up some cash every now and then. Honestly, it feels like we've already seen more improvements in Wuthering Waves than we've seen in Genshin during its entire four year lifespan.
