Chesapeake Police Department Short on Officers

I am concerned about the Chesapeake police as they will request back up from 2 additional officers if you have a radar detector. Detective Williard Hughes "Buddy" Barber Jr was one of those. I was scared for my life.

I am disappointed in the way our Chesapeake police department do other law enforcement officers. unlawfully empeach the tribe of the charunkeehauka out of nottaway county.and mis lead us all for campus.
