Hope your little grandson is recovering well. Glad you enjoyed your vacation. Did you get to see the beautiful colours of the trees? Good job on not gaining too much. Always a challenge when you are away. Since I broke my arm a couple months ago I’ve gained but right now I’m almost scared to get on the scale. I have the ostrich syndrome - burying my head in the sand. Oh well I have to face the music sooner than later.

Hey there, Marilyn! Yes, my grandson is recovering well. Still some hurdles to climb but he is a fighter! And so many have been praying for him! God is surely helping him. Oh yes, we so enjoyed seeing all the fall foliage!! It had rained a lot and been warmer than some years, so the colors weren't as vibrant as they sometimes are. But, we enjoyed it nonetheless! Getting away is so therapeutic! I hope your arm is healing nicely and you'll be back to all the things you love very soon! I hear ya about being an ostrich! I think we all have a tendency to doing that. Wishing you a speedy recovery!!
