Hello Bill, thank you. I attend your live streams mostly but I usually sit at the back. Just watching others comment and it works for me. Love your work and the way you get your ideas across. Maybe a tiny tiny kangaroo concealed somewhere would be a an intriguing thing to look for to get people to examine the diorama a little closer..anyway a thought too late. Good Luck with the show

Thanks Bushranger, I think thats a great idea!!! I am mostly finished with the diorama, but there are a few things that I still need to do, and a little kangaroo statue would be perfect in the ANZACS common room, maybe sitting on the desk in the back. I'm going to pause working on it for a couple weeks while I do an exhibit repair for the Museum of Flight, so this will something fun to do when I start back in on the Trench diorama. Thanks for the suggestion Bushranger, so much of this diorama has been from great suggestions from everyone, it's something I will need to talk about later today during the livestream. Take care, Bill

Thanks!!! I thought that was great too!!! I didn't really know about the armored cars in WW1, and when I started looking into them, they are really cool looking. now I want to get one and make it into an adventure vehicle for an explorer between the wars, (big Raiders of the Lost Ark fan). Wishing you a great weekend!!! Take care, Bill

Awesome diorama. The only wierd thing for me was the “underground flame thrower test station” but I understand it’s a somewhat fantasy setting. Well done anyway!
@ScaleModelCraft9 ай бұрын
Thanks LookUsArts!!! I have to agree, at one point I was thinking of smoke evacuation ducting, and a rudimentary fire suppression system, but figured I'd let peoples imagination work it out....I did like the ducting idea though because I had this whole sheet metal structure with standing seams and corners I was dreaming up, ( I worked in the steel manufacturing industry and saw lots of this...and it will definitely show up in something inn the future...) Take care, Bill

This is incredible! There's a LOT going on, here. But your multilevel presentation doesn't hit the viewer with everything at once, allowing it to be appreciated in "bite-sized" (albeit highly detailed) segments. Throw in your overall superb craftsmanship, and this is nothing less than a museum piece! 40th like.

Thank You!!! Ive been a woodworker for 30+ years, but started building dioramas about 7 years ago. Ive always built models for fun but not as a primary hobby. When I needed a hobby a little better for my knees, Dioramas were it!!! Thanks again for commenting, Take care, Bill

Hello, how are you? I'm wondering, do you make sponsorship agreements with brands on your KZbin channel? For example, does a 3D printer manufacturer want you to send a 3D printer to you and promote it, or to make prints with a 3D printer and show this device on your channel? How many thousands of subscribers should a KZbin channel have in order to make sponsorship agreements with brands? How many dollars or euros does your KZbin channel earn from ads per 1000 views?
@ScaleModelCraft9 ай бұрын
Hi, Thanks for the questions. I do not have any sponsorship agreements, and I just got monetized a few months ago, and have not received a payment from any Ad revenue yet. You have to reach a minimum of 100 US dollars before they will pay you and it's been 4 months and I have not reached that amount yet. Because I do Shorts, it's very different than long form video, and does not pay very much at all. I wish I could be more helpful but I am just starting. Take care, Bill
