@prgmtq it is A piece of aluminium For a thousand bucks The mac itself is amazing in terms of stats and im more than happy to pay 6 grand for it, selling it for 5 and making the stand a thousand is just terrible marketing. Get your 'im better than you all' attitude outta here and take a joke mate, plus no matter who the customer is, its still funny.

@@teleportedfunk he obivously cant replace Steve, because he was a visionary, so he simply tries to hold apple as a premium brand, overpricing it and hoping it will still be relevant, without any revolutionary features because he has no idea about them(imo it wont, unless they change their current status people are getting pissed of, me too, cuz i moved to android because of that), but his sexuality is his own buissness i mean i don't like him either but saying that can hurt other softy people, and theres no need to. It really shows that we have come a long way since 2008, when "browsing the web" and "email attachments" were selling points for a phone. Streaming services and online games weren't even mentioned! Because they didn't really exist yet. And that was just a little more than a decade ago. I'm excited to see what we will see a decade from today :)

Incredible how far we’ve come. My current iPhone loads pretty much any website in less than a second and the crazy thing is, 5g is rolling out

"It's even thinner at the edges." Love his choice of words here, because the 3G was actually _thicker_ than the original iPhone from screen to back. So the curved edges give off the illusion that the 3G is thinner than the first generation.

Don’t think so, I think Apple are following the strat of establishing your product before you raise prices, I believe Steve would’ve done the same thing as well, once he felt the iPhone was established enough he would slowly start to raise prices, it’s what most businesses including Samsung do

They were excited about the "flush" headphone jack. The original iPhone had a recessed headphones jack that a lot of connectors couldn't get deep enough into.

On a two year contract. Off contract they were like $599. Now they did away with contracts so you pay full price instead of it being hidden inside the monthly bill. You now pay your bill and phone separately.

2:38 that flush headphone jack was really a welcomed feature, not only because now we don't have it, but because it was flush I remember the few people that had the first iPhones and they couldn't use their own earphones because they plug didn't fit and the first Apple earphones were awful the didn't fit in your ears sound tiny and sounded like baby rattles

Nouche Phones were actually more expensive back then than now because they were ‘subsidized’ with a contract so you were paying inflated service plan pricing
