This was a really good sim-mission, as a viewer. Simulation combat with maps and virtual radar is one thing, flying in blind like the actual WW2 combat missions had to be just nerve wracking, if not downright terrifying! Even Cap sounded rattled and on edge not knowing where, when, or what would be thrown at him!

@Grim Reapers …FYI you could of killed the AAA, u just needed to shoot at the location that the AAA was originating from. If u check of the first footage of the dam the AAA was located “not quite official” but they where plonked on the sharp slope of the dam itself.

Yup, it's funny watching the video with the close-ups of the AAA on the face of the dam and then a few minutes later hearing Cap say it's bugged. I'm guessing a little self-deprecating humor as he is putting the video together!

You have to admit the AAA is very tiny, and who would think they could park them on the 45 degree dam face. If it weren't for tracers, you just couldn't see them while trying to stay aloft without hitting terrain.

Cool mission, but one thing I would've done different, is that if your plane was shot down and you either crash landed or bailed out and survived, you could respawn as long as you ended up in friendly territory, if you came down in enemy territory you could not respawn, simulating that you where captured by the enemy.

That was Good . The flying was excellent. The graphics and camera work are a joy to watch as well...I knew a new code word. I learned about what a wild weasel was a couple a days ago. A American F-16 pilot was explaining he's job in the wars he's been in. Good mission. 🔥💥 - - -- - ✈. 👍😊

I wonder in dcs do you guys have to worry about over heat on the engine's when using WEP or do you have the ability to open up your radiators all the way and does it cause drag ?
