That judge needs to get fired and disbarred from ever practicing law indefinitely. It's inconceivable to even imagine a judge doing that to a child, especially after she apologizes to the judge for falling asleep in court. In the past, I have seen judges, attorneys and jurors fall asleep in court as court cases were taking place, but nobody ever were arrested for doing that. They should not be held private they should not be kept from us and we shouldn’t have to wait months to get a video from body cameras, or anything else like that. Shouts out to the lawyer for checking dude at 17:30. The media has to stop playing Devil's Advocate for every scenario. Sometimes, one person is just wrong and that is the end of the story.

@@10sirkthe difference is she wasn’t a judge(not in position of power) and she wasn’t a defendant ( she had no obligation to be there) so there’s that. if it bothered him he could have just told her to leave not cuff her and humiliate her

@@10sirk I guess in your mind it’s okay for sex offenders to offend because it’s their car? In your mind it’s okay for police to treat people any kind of way because they have a badge? So it’s okay for your children to get kidnapped on the way to school because it’s a public sidewalk and people can do what they want?

A judge thinks they have judicial immunity, but that doesn't cover violation of rights. I'm tired of the government overstepping their bounds. We the People need to hold these government pigs accountable
