I saw this band in Berlin just a few days before the corona shutdown. They played this song and "Rule of Nines" and a few other songs. And they were SO good. SOOOOO good. Courtney even could be heard with singing into the crowd without the mic in front of her mouth... twas insane!

Courtney (the vocalist) is what you get when you fuse Amy Lee with Howard Jones. Her voice is fucking spellbinding. When I hear a new track from them I always have to listen 2 times in a row. 1st time is for her vocals, 2nd time for the instrumental.

Spiritbox is straight up one of the best bands going right now. They’ve only been around since 2017, and only have 13 songs (another one is actually coming out this Friday), but they’re all legit incredible. I couldn’t choose a single song, and I’ll let everyone else do that, but all I’m gonna say is that once you start listening to them consistently, it’s impossible to stop. Not to mention they are super interactive with their fans, like way more than any other band I’ve seen. It sounds weird, but straight up I almost feel like I’m listening to my friends’ band when I hear them. They’re so genuine and funny on their streams and stuff, and that only causes further obsession haha.

Spiritbox lead isn't the same lead from IWABO. Courtney took over after Krysta left. Courtney was on the last album of IWABO "Hail Mary" I believe (and "Late For Nothing" thanks Derick!) But after their last album, her and her husband went and started Spiritbox. Cheers
