I couldn't help but notice how you were quick to point out that the "folks" could be dangerous. Funny ididnt see anyone cause any trouble at all. Truth is people like you live to create imagined turmoil without knowing facts. Fact is the people you spoke of may have fell on hard times...happens to lots of people. It's not a crime or a sin. Doesn't make them bad people. Fact you don't know what the reason for the repo was, but you were quick to judge. I'm guessing you wore three or four mask at the same time alone in your car during cv19.... KAREN.

@@Leslie_Knope correct, people who manage money correctly don't finance 4k lol. My point was these companies are in it for the interest not to sell a shed. I tried buying one cash and they weren't interested. Poor people will always be poor because they don't manage money correctly

That would depend on the contract, if it was damaged to a certain degree I'm pretty sure a judge would still make them pay for it, also if the people who didn't pay only owe a couple hundred and the repo sells for 2-3k depending on the condition and size it could still come out as a profit, there wouldn't be a repo buisness if there wasn't money to be made...

I am glad yall repoed it, they probably knew they weren't going to pay for when they signed a contract, I have a friend in the irrigation business and he gets ripped off all the time, 2 times by lawyers, he has to take time during the slow season to go through the court and puts a lien on the property, people can be really lousy when it comes to business, they push hard to see what the most they can get over on others. Glad this guy didn't get his way...

Great job! I have seen another shed repo video but instead of wheels the machine had rubber tracks(Cardinal Manufacturing LLC), that machine would have made your life a lot easier on this property. You may consider skipping the plastic traction ramp and make your own traction boards from 2"x12" six foot long with 2"x2" aluminum angle channel screwed to the bottom around the perimeter and then several smaller pieces running widthwise will anchor the boards into soft soil. Then sharpen (not sharp enough to puncture) dozens of 3/8" X 3" carriage bolts through each board for traction. The points will be close enough together that they will not puncture the tires(like a bed of nails) but will allow the tire to get a good grip on the boards even with mud on the tires. These will also not get destroyed like a piece of plywood or plastic traction ramps even with very heavy loads. Excellent idea to have your wife video the entire removal, the property owner would be stupid to make any false claims about any kind of damage or other nonsense with video evidence.

What some don't know about some of these companies is they try to act beyond the law. These folks seem legit. In michigan these companies doing repos tend to destroy property and try to repo them full and steal the contents for themselves. My neighbors husband passed and his wife did a volunteer repo. The company came and ripped her gate out for entry to property. Rutted up the whole place and even hit there car with the building. Trust me if you have a rent to own shed make sure you force them to show with legal papers signed by a judge. The company iv spoke of currently has 2 people that work for them in jail for trespassing. Breaking and entering. Destruction of private property. If you can't pay, do your best to work with the company. It's there shed. But they do not have the right to open gates or damage any personal property of your no matter what the contract says. State and federal law trumps their contract. Always have a cop supervisor on site during repo.
@KenWarnersniperperformance

I'm not saying this company acts like the same one my neighbors had. Situational awareness is important. Know your rights and know the law. Most repo companies will break law to get paid. And uninformed people have no clue laws were broken.

I liked the red sided one with the main shed with 2 smaller sides coming off the centre?? UK --That was impressive, the guy with the fork lift was more impressive. I was a building contractor and no matter how good the product or project many people just don't want to pay. Just try that in the grocery store.

Nice work, I love to watch these. I take huge trees out of small spaces. It is impressive to see how well the building is built with all that torqueing up and down and sideways. I own one and love it....and it is paid off ...so stay away lol.

Disrespectful of the property owner to not assist in creating a clear way for the repo, I don't feel bad for him at all, he forfeited his rights by not fulfilling his payment obligations.

@@Dba8er yep but also fucked up to sell people shit that they don’t fully understand the cost of. These deals are usually sketchy home show money pit sales that cost 2-3 times the amount you think lolll.
@Dba8er

@@AKBUTCHER0 Totally agree, I treat everything as a scam because it usually is these days, marketing and sales pitches are designed to lure the unsuspecting or the trusting, everyone has to be vigilant in understanding the conditions of purchase, take lots of time to research and ask lots of questions, better still reviews and forums often give up companies hidden agenda's, buyer beware and don't live outside their means to repay. Simple philosophy is, if in doubt don't. I save and pay cash for everything, I don't owe anyone anything.

@@Dba8er yep agreed I know that I’m able to spot those things but some people are just too nice and can’t say no and truly think they’re getting a good deal. Just sad to see people who can’t pay something be thought of as less of by a large group of people even though the American credit system begggggggs you to take out loans and put yourself at risk. Tell my friends all the time I could have 100 dollars and still be richer than you because I actually own my shit.

Would a 2nd set of wheels be a good idea for jobs like this 1???? Or is that to much money & space on the trailer
@WybleFamilyAdventures
@WybleFamilyAdventures 3 жыл бұрын
Yea A second set of wheels would help out if the building was finished out and super heavy but with ones like this it really isn’t necessary

the mule is able to lift such heavy loads because it uses hydraulics. the pressure is from 1500-2500 psi. compare that with air pressure of 120 psi. big difference in load capacity. hydraulic systems are pretty reliable sometimes you can get huge oil leaks when something like a hose bursts or a hydraulic pump goes bad. those are the main problems
