Truth is people like you live to create imagined turmoil without knowing facts. Fact is the people you spoke of may have fell on hard times...happens to lots of people. It's not a crime or a sin. Doesn't make them bad people. Fact you don't know what the reason for the repo was, but you were quick to judge. Great job! I have seen another shed repo video but instead of wheels the machine had rubber tracks(Cardinal Manufacturing LLC), that machine would have made your life a lot easier on this property. You may consider skipping the plastic traction ramp and make your own traction boards from 2"x12" six foot long with 2"x2" aluminum angle channel screwed to the bottom around the perimeter and then several smaller pieces running widthwise will anchor the boards into soft soil. Then sharpen (not sharp enough to puncture) dozens of 3/8" X 3" carriage bolts through each board for traction. The points will be close enough together that they will not puncture the tires(like a bed of nails) but will allow the tire to get a good grip on the boards even with mud on the tires. These will also not get destroyed like a piece of plywood or plastic traction ramps even with very heavy loads. Excellent idea to have your wife video the entire removal, the property owner would be stupid to make any false claims about any kind of damage or other nonsense with video evidence.

What some don't know about some of these companies is they try to act beyond the law. These folks seem legit. In michigan these companies doing repos tend to destroy property and try to repo them full and steal the contents for themselves. My neighbors husband passed and his wife did a volunteer repo. The company came and ripped her gate out for entry to property. Rutted up the whole place and even hit there car with the building. Trust me if you have a rent to own shed make sure you force them to show with legal papers signed by a judge. The company iv spoke of currently has 2 people that work for them in jail for trespassing. Breaking and entering. Destruction of private property. If you can't pay, do your best to work with the company. It's there shed. But they do not have the right to open gates or damage any personal property of your no matter what the contract says. State and federal law trumps their contract. Always have a cop supervisor on site during repo.
@KenWarnersniperperformance2 жыл бұрын
I'm not saying this company acts like the same one my neighbors had. Situational awareness is important. Know your rights and know the law. Most repo companies will break law to get paid. And uninformed people have no clue laws were broken.

the mule is able to lift such heavy loads because it uses hydraulics. the pressure is from 1500-2500 psi. compare that with air pressure of 120 psi. big difference in load capacity. hydraulic systems are pretty reliable sometimes you can get huge oil leaks when something like a hose bursts or a hydraulic pump goes bad. those are the main problems
