I love Ashley's narration. She puts other female celebrity narrators I have heard to shame. Ashley doesnt over do it. She doesn't call attention to herself. She enhances the documentary being smooth, invisible, effective and lilting and what a beautiful voice. I loved her as an actress too.

I've always told everyone that Wynonna Judd is Absolutely Gorgeous and said she is my future wife, but she just doesn't know it yet. Lol! Of course I was joking but Wy you are very beautiful and so talented! Some of the comments I read on here from y'all made me have tears Wy and Ash is Devastated and the thought of them reading the trash talk about them is truly heartbreaking. But that's what y'all do is hide behind your little screen and talk trash about people. I bet if anyone every talked like that around me about the Judd's I guarantee you you would've ate some f***ing teeth!

When you spoke of Ashley I began to cry. I loss my baby brother Russell to brain cancer and within 8 months from that I loss my middle brother Lance from Liver cancer. I thought I knew death being I loss my grandparents and I thought that's painful. I'm here to tell you loosing a sibling is undescribable there truly are no words. I've gone to the grave but can't bring myself to step in front of that bench our mom bought. Our mom 82 yrs old having to bury her love child aka our baby brother and then her star boxer and actor he had been on 16 episodes of an old television series called Spencer for Hire staring the late Robert Urich. My heart goes out to my mom as for myself I haven't left my home these past two years. My brothers and sisters are my world. We have been there for each others dreams . Each one of us fulfilled them with always one sibling holding our hand. My mom was a back up singer for Carlos Santana before he had made it in the business. Then I being a singer had shows with the big guns got signed finally and was diagnosed with cancer. Our family is huge our first cousin Jodi my moms brothers daughter lost her husband at sea and they made a movie called The Perfect Storm staring Goerge Clooney as my cousins husband Captain Billy Tyne. We have faced many challenges but when your in the middle of your youth and going through catching your wave hoping to land it to keep your sail a float life is beautiful. As fast as you catch that wind something can come along tip you off your sails. My mom always said love eachother we all only have one another in time of need . I am thinking of Wynonna and Ashley they have one another to lean on . Remember tomorrow isn't promised. Blessings to all . Sleep well Ms. Judd your work is done here now rest in peace. Amen 💜🙏🏻💜

This has been the best documentary I have seen on KZbin since I heard that Naomi has passed away. I love Ashley's voice and how she put this all together. My mom passed away last July the day before her birthday of Pancreatic cancer. She was my best friend even before she became ill we looked like sisters and people often thought that. My mom and I went to see the Judd's back in the 80s. My mom ran circles around me was healthy as a horse, never headaches, never colds never had the flu, walked a mile every other day even weeks before she passed. On a hot June day in the 90°s she would walk to the farmers market to buy a banana bread and a blueberry scone. I never had many female friends and my mom said never have a best friend because then you leave someone out. She said being that she never had a sister consider me us best friends. This was a wonderful tribute. I am watching this in a tiny little apartment on a cold rainy day in Arlington, VA on Mother's Day. I prayed for the Judd girls this morning and my siblings and a mechanic at work today. We have all lost our mom's in the last 10 months. This documentary was the best. I am not close to my sister and we recently had a hiccup over the selling of my mom's house where I have lived and taken care of 3 years and I was forced out and it has been another divider. A time when we should pull together we are separate. I saw a lot of my mom and my relationship in Naomi's and Wyonna's life together. My mom and I were born in the same hospital too. Their journey like my mom and my journey was wonderful and now we are on our own. We can do it!

Thank you very much Ms. Ember for your sweet note. I caught the word "were" I. Your mentioning you and your mom were best friends too. Did you mom also pass away? I am so sorry if she has. Spending time with my mom was my greatest joy. We went to Europe together and yard sales every Saturday. We sold at flee markets for many years. Worked in her garden together. This week last year we had a good week together but her eating habits were changing and she started loosing lots of weight. My mom was always pretty to me even the day she passed away. I had a hard day today so it was nice to see your sweet note. I hope you will see this. Blessings, Rebekah

I’ve been to dozens and dozens of concerts but that concert had me totally mesmerized and their voices live to me has to be what the angels voices in heaven sound like... I still have their 1st record that I’ve had since I was just tiny, and to this day I listen to it more than I should say! This special brought a whole new level of respect and love for all the Judd women. The world is blessed having women like you as role models to our little ones! ❤️ the Judds music has a life of its own and will live forever! Thank you Judd women

Ashely was always the more down to earth one even in her acting career she was simple and pure even though you know if she piled that makeup on, she would be the spit image of her mother. I always felt she took a graceful back seat to her sister as you see not but a minor foot note was mentioned about herself and her own career. Hopefully someone will focus on documenting her gift to this world too. I know Naomi loved both her children and probably became closer to Ashley in more recent years as she help support and be there for her mother through her mental illness.

According to Eccl. 9:5-6, Naomi is asleep in the grave. It says, "For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any _thing_ that is done under the sun." Also, Naomi is not singing or praising the Lord with the angels, because Psalm 115:17 tells us, "The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence." God says it plainly in Gen. 3:19, "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou _art,_ and unto dust shalt thou return." (See also, John 5:28-29; John 11:11-15, 23-26; Matt. 27:50-53)

Not only are they incredibly talented and gifted musicians but all of them are beautiful with the perfect features. It's really telling that depression doesn't discriminate. You look at a woman as beautiful as Naomi who you would think has the world by the tail, but depression doesn't care about any of that. I've struggled with severe recurrent depression, and it makes life so incredibly difficult to participate in normal daily activities. There are millions of people who suffer and have no health insurance so they do what they can to self-medicate which creates even more problems. There is also a significant shortage of mental health providers and inpatient beds. I wish Americans could come to even a small agreement that all people deserve to have healthcare as a human right, but I will probably get immediate negative remarks about this simple statement. That's another problem in and of itself. There seems to be so many angry and hateful people out there when life is already hard enough. We could use some more positive and compassionate people in the world who aren't there to tear you down for being different or for not believing in the same things. People also type out things that are so mean and hurtful that they would never tell a person to their face. I guess all we can do is be the one who is kind and compassionate. RIIP Naomi and I pray her family and close friends are able to get through this difficult time and heartache.

This is a Glossy Hollywood Lie! Stop posting this crap from years ago. True fans ,family and those that had to work with them can testify the truth. Something the selected and posed picture and script is NOT. They hated each other, fought all the time. Wynonna was lazy, forcing Ashley do do her chores while Mama was at work. skipped school days, weeks at a time. mama had no choice to try to reign her in. and it has come out for years Ashley and wy still to this day are fighting, estranged! Even a messy custody battle over Grace, wynonne's daughter, because she ran to aunt Ashley because of the abuse she was getting at home. Wy married a pedophile and knew it before she married him. Didnt divorce him till he got caught with underaged girl, had to save her image as a good mother!. Unfortunately Grace went to prison for cooking/ selling meth a few year back. Doting over Ashley, really? well that ended quickly because it was well known she was bullying her. Wy wanted music and fame and forced mama's hand to choose her and Nashville or she would rebell more. Ashley wanted to live with her dad instead of with wy. Ashley was sexually abused as a child. where was the doting wy ? or why wouldn't she even believe Ashley when she told her about the incest? Deeper than deep wounds! Till this day has not heeled! Yes, maybe strong women in that they haven't ended anyones lives. But Don't put wynonna up as a good sister, mom, wife or even human being. She has always and will always put her music and fame first... reaching, scratching, bullying, manipulating to stay relevant. End of the day... if She can't be a good mother sister, daughter or even a good human being , she will always be irrelevant!
