It’s been about 3 years since my kitchen renovation was completed. While I’ve given a kitchen tour or two in the past, this one is probably the most in-depth. We’re going through almost all the cabinets so you can see where everything’s located.

If I was to remodel my kitchen I want drawers for my pots and pans too. No more below cabinets.. Not easily to get to and can’t find what I need. Plus I’m short and cleaning them out is no fun.

Beautiful and thoughtful kitchen. Shun knives are indeed excellent. Copper should absolutely be used and not merely displayed. I would only make cabinet shelves mobile (like a drawer) as it really maximizes usage space. Do you have a water filtration system in your house?

Love my wolf stove will never go back. It was well worth the investment. I have lots of things you have down to our knives. Didn’t realize you have antique bowls. Mine are for accents because as you noted the glazes used 100 years ago. But they are lovely. We even have the same lighting so weird. I’m not sure who is channeling whom. Lol 😂

I am so envious of your kitchen! We three people in this house have such different appetites and food loves. We have two refrigerators filled to the brim and one of us is a professional chef who still cooks for 50 at a time. I have very little appetite and prefer pasta salads, tuna sandwiches, beef stew, meatloaf, mac and cheese. Our chef is Italian and loves lasagna, fagioli, etc. The third of us loves smoothies and hamburgers. Two of us make food for our dogs. It’s a crazy kitchen! Arggh!

Love your kitchen. The design is functional, workable, and very eye-friendly! I would love the have a pot filler by my coffee island instead of dripping water while filling the carafe, no matter how careful you try to be. Great design and it sure works for your purposes!

I wish you would do a video on all your cookbooks. I once had a collection of over 500 cookbooks before my house flooded in 2016. Even though almost all the books were saved, all my bookshelves were ruined. So since I really didn’t have anywhere to store them while we put our house back together, I picked about 40 absolute favorites and then donated the rest to a local library. I still buy one once in a while, but I’m a little more selective.

I use the live in flat country with lots of wind and now live in mountain country with even more wind. How do you keep everything dust free mainly speaking your Copper pots out in the open? I'll clean and with in a couple hours everything is dusty already! BTW I love your channel and watch you as often as possible! Keep up the great content!

There are a few things that I'm interested in ordering but i don't see it on your website shopping kitchen accessory list. Where did you buy that cast iron herb grinder that also holds the salt and a seasoning grinder all in one? And your rolling pins and whisks and cookie sheets and mixing bowls. I suffer from environmental toxins and birth defects called spina bifida missing my L5. I'm moving in a few weeks to a rural area in California to get my health back and throwing all my kitchen stuff out and starting over and getting non toxic kitchen bakeware and cookware and kitchen utensils.
