Using puff pastry that I thawed for Christmas today. I’m doing carmelized oinions and figs. It’s been a lot of years since I’ve played with the pastry, last year it was sold out, so seeing you use it was very helpful.

I’ve been watching several British KZbinrs and sausage rolls are a major staple over there. They always look and sound so delicious. Thank you for showing how easy it is to make and hopefully it will become a more prevalent tasty treat here in America! Great job!

There really isn't one thing that I don't like about the design as well as your choice of furnishings. I really love how the black framed windows just "pop". It's warm, cozy and comforting. Popping them in the fridge or freezer to firm things up before you pop them in oven may stop your gloopy issue. Also good hot temp like 375 F in centre of oven.
