I love how her hand is on his chest, her fingers gently playing with his shirt, when they were talking before the Code Blue. Hospitals always make them more touchy, as if they're remembering how dangerous their lives are.

There's also a very subtle shippy moment earlier on in this episode where Scully and Skinner are in an autopsy room and literally before Mulder even enters, Scully turns around to the door just before he comes in as though she can sense him. And then when he does come in she says, "Hey, Mulder. Where ya been?" which I find shippy too.

It isn't actually, she's a certified pathologist and mostly likely has no practising rights outside of that so she should call for the doctor

then after this another doctor calls her out by name and her credentials, shows her an x-ray of Mulders lungs (which are obviously filled with fluid and larvae) Scully notices, the other doc says that they should "crack the chest." (aka perform surgery) Scully says no, "he's too weak for thoracic surgery and would die on the table." Doctor gives her unnerving news "that will deff. kill him, sooner or later." Scullys gaze turns back to the window, where a Nurse is caring for Mulder.
