You mentioned Spider-man, he is not a mutant. He does not possess the X gene, he was bitten by a radioactive spider. Cable is an Omega level telekinetic and telepath, however, he needs to focus his powers on keeping the technovirus from killing him, but he can let loose. Bastian has DNA from both Master Mold and Nimrod so he possesses powers of both. I hope this helps clarify things for you😎

The black leather line was a joke. Remember in the X-men movies they wore the ugly black leather outfits.. also why say Rogue stoping Wolverine from trying to kill Magneto was playing around? She did a good thing.
