My theory on how Rogue and Magneto could "touch" is once she has some of his powers, she instinctively creates a magnetic force with the same polarity as his. They are two magnets pushing each other apart & that gives her the sensation of touch without actually touching.

It’s nice to have the original voices for Wolverine, Rogue, Storm, & Beast back after so long. If they really planned of bringing back Spider-Man TAS, it should be called Spider-Man 98. Because that is when the show last ended. Be nice for the old voices for Peter, Cat, Venom, Carnage, & Norman to finished where they left off. While probably having some new voices for the other characters. Like having MJ, Harry, Dr.Connors, & Doc Ock being voiced by their voices from Ultimate Spider-Man.

To answer the question about future seasons: I'd introduce the Phalanx Covenant/Generation X. It calls for the (re)introduction of Emma (and her associated drama with Scott/Jean), the romantic tension between her and Banshee, and the formation of Generation X--the big new title introduced in the mid 90's. We'd also see a bunch of characters new to the canvas, like Skin, M, Synch, and Penance. This could also start a spinoff with Jubilee headlining. The Age of Apocalypse would also be awesome as well. We'd see revamped relationships (Magneto and Rogue are not only together, but have a kid), new characters (Nate Grey/Dark Beast--well, maybe not him), and an epic, possibly seasons-long storyline.
