It was Polaris with Rogue, Wanda, and Pietro in Magneto's vision. Also Mother Askani while leading the Resistance against Apocalypse in the Far Future is actually Rachel Summers from the Days of Future Past timeline. She brought her brother to the future to save him from the virus. & to keep him from Apocalypse who sees Nathan as the perfect vessel for himself. She even created the clone Stryfe as a decoy. So yeah all the time periods are linked to Apocalypse.

The other person on the boat dressed in green was Magneto's 3rd child, Polaris. Her powers are very similar to his, and we actually saw Polaris (but older) in an alternate future Cable described.

As I've grown older I went from seeing the X-Men as just action superheroes to truly understanding the messages behind them, and how the battle for tolerance of all people is arguably even more prevalent today, so this really connected with me and they did a great job❤

You probably already gathered it as the show went on, but Jubilee and Roberto freed themselves from the collars due to the lack of power rendering them unusable. Rogue got her super strength and flying abilities from absorbing Carol Danvers' (Captain Marvel) powers too long. The X-Men films didn't include the rights to Carol Danvers and would likely be too complicated and time consuming to explain around that. Magneto's daughter Polaris is the other person in silhouette on the ship. A future version of her appeared in Cable's flashback (flash forward) two episodes ago. She also appeared in "Cold Comfort" from the original series as a member of X-Factor.

I never saw the original series and not even this full series, but I kept hearing about certain moments so watched reactions on KZbin and now I'm really impressed more than I thought and I actually want to see the full thing at some point!

16:35 I think Xavier was talking about politically speaking, they can't lose Magneto, especially after the genocide of Genosha. We've already heard news reports of mutants all over the world rioting right after they found out what happened on Genosha. If they had came back with a Magneto in a vegetative state, mutants who sides with him are liable to use him as a figurehead. At the end of ep10, we do hear news reports about mutants preaching the second coming of Magneto, which further justifies Xavier's concerns.

My favorite part isn't a specific scene but the way they wrapped up the season and set us up for s2 in general. They gave us resolution and a cliff hanger.

Cable' powers appear weak because he focused most of them on keeping the technovirus at bay. When Bastian pulled the arm off he absorbed the virus, that's what allowed him to transform and adapt. Also, love all your reactions, and happy you did this series.
