This story arch hit me hard as a kid. Also I remember reading these in my dads car while Billie joes ‘we didn’t start the fire’ was playing..I will forever pair that track and these issues together ⭐️

The Chief Magistrate is named Tam Anderson (she ends up dating Havok during his time there). Pipeline sends his victims thru naked and dosed with a tranquilizer in order to take the fight out of them. He can send people clothed and armed but naked is the easiest way. And technically, Wipeout is also a member of the Press Gang as he is not a mutate (he just tends to stay home during away missions).

Genosha is one those places I really wish gets adapt when the X-men are introduce in the MCU. I could easly see film in which Magneto takes over the country and the x-men go to stop him, only to discover about all the mutant slavery and injustice, which would put the heroes against huge dillema: If they defeat Magneto, they would be forcing the mutants to go back to live as slaves for humans, but if don't do anything, Magneto will punish the leaders for their crimes against mutant kind (a action that could result a world war between humans and mutants).

Wow, you've been thinking about this! Sounds like a story that would definitely work in the MCU.

@@CaptainAway Yeah, specially after films like Black Panther touch in such topics like colonialism and enslavement, something similar could be explore when the mutants are introduce. Plus, having Magneto taking over a whole country could justify people's fear of mutants (if they can do this with Genosha, they could do with any other nation in the world) and set up villains like the Sentinels or Nimrod for the sequels (I could see them becoming the "Thanos" of the MCU X-men films) .

¡Thats actually great idea! ¡I think Marvel could use the Genosha origin history as the background to introduce the XMEN too!. They could show us some 2nd tier ramdon mutants across the MCU in the actual movies and series, and then on the next pashes, a really good MCU XMEN movie.

Genosha, the X-Men comment on South Africa during Apartheid. The comment continuing with Genosha becoming a home for Mutants, just as Apartheid was eventually abolished (until the Sentinel attack).

Um, you screwed up, Rogue can take anyone's powers mutant or not, otherwise she would never have been able to take Carol Danvers powers, the ones she is so famous for.
@CaptainAway Жыл бұрын
You're right, not really sure why I said mutant, other than that being X-Men this is a story about mutants, but her power is certainly not limited to just them.
@AshtonRogers-se1zj3 ай бұрын
Yup...that's true. Cuz not long after Danvers,she swiped Thor's powers for a bit too.
