If only x plane 11 had left the same format for controls as fsx and P3d cause the graphics are amazing. I know how to fly pmdg 747 but I don't know how to fly a revised version of the 747. The default 747 sucks half the functions of the fmc are not there. How are you supposed to fly? Pmdg has not made a 747, 777 or 737 compatible with xplane 11. I currently have p3dv4 and even with a $100 add on orbx global base the graphics are not even close to the default xplane 11graphics.

Beautiful! The 744 still needs a little work to look as beautiful as the 738 and MD80 already do but at least the engines looked modified! Great video!

Hi there Jakob, sorry for my late reply! I installed the payware Aerosoft EHAM Schiphol airport, which I originally bought for X-Plane 10. However, I experienced that it works fine with X-Plane 11 as well! So no default scenery, it's payware! Thanks for watching mate! :)

Superbe vidéo bravo et très beau montage de la bande sonor réelle, faudrait vraiment que je teste ce produit, il est clère que Xplane n'est pas pour le visuel du 747, la proportion des wings span sont à retravailler 30 boulons cela me semble bien peux lol bon !!! j'arrete de râler lollll , bien que le rendu graphique des décords reste surprenant, en revanche, là ou ils sont imbatable apparement c'est sur le Pilotage lui même où même un décollage peux s'averer très difficile, contrairement aux autres simulateur (j'en siterais pas) lol. Je penses à utiliser pour vraimen obtenir une vrais simu et non un gadjet dans sont PC

Het is niet echt 1 package die je kan downloaden maar meer een applicatie waarmee je sattelietbeelden van Bing of Google download en die samensteld tot 1 scenery package. KZbinr Q8pilot heeft hier een eenvoudige tutorial over gemaakt.

Hi Luna - This was a great tutorial and it took the mystery out of Ortho4Xp for me. I do have a question though and that is, during the batch build phase, why access to openstreetmap keeps timing out just prior to the download phase. Should I just be patient and let the program do its thing or is there some other issue that I need to resolve? By the way, I'm not much experienced with this stuff so any help you can consider me dumb at this stuff. Thank you.

You can download the KLM Livery here: forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/35734-klm-new-b744/ You then have to install the downloaded package into your livery folder, which can be done by drag and drop into your X-Plane 11/Aircraft/Laminar Research/B747/liveries. Whenever you don't see the 'liveries' folder, just create a folder into your B747 folder. To use the Schiphol scenery you see in my video, you have to buy it from store.x-plane.org/Airport-Amsterdam_p_175.html to get instant access. Let me know if it worked out for you!

Awesome Video! I have one recommendation to make the runway and airport look amazing, download Aiport Enviroment HD form the X-Plane.org website. It's free and it makes the ground textures look more detailed! Great video!
