All headamp gains can be controlled from the FOH console, but you control them in the menu rather than with the trim. Also, phantom is also controlled in the same menu. Hopefully they make the menu a bit easier to navigate in the next release.

Generall we patch bus 13,14 as subs and 15,16 as mains to an s-16 box (we assign the effects blocks to 13-16 as we dont need to send them out to anything).Then on your output page assign Out 13 to matrix 1Out 14 to matrix 2 (This gives you stereo subs- just a shorter cable run usually lol)Out 15 to mateix 3Out 16 to matrix 4 Go to your sends on the main output fader and send those matricies level. From there you can eq the subs (most powered subs have a built in crossover anyways)And delay stuff. The only issue using a matrix to run your subs:Everything goes to the subs- vocal channels, speach, guitars, where most of the time if you dont use a matrix for subs you can choose to only send the kick, bass, tracks, keys, changeover music to the subs and no voice. The advantage- one fader controls the level Routing:The stage boxes will always get whatever is coming down aes A 1-8,9-16 if they are front panel configured for that. Think of it this way-One x32 chooses what to send on AES outputsOther x32 choose what AES to pick up and assign to inputs. If you follow that paradigm, you can hook up a couple of X32 units and havemonitor desk send bus 1-12 as wedgesa and stage fills on AES AA second monitor desk sending 1-16 as IEM (you also have the aux outs to play with for that)A FOH board sending 13.14 for subs, 15,16 for mains 11,12 for front fill, 9,10 for a recording output and put those all on a matrix. I've even given mix minus for record feeds. Then whatever stage boxes are hooked up to mains, you use those AES inputs (cable from AES a or B output) and pick the range 1-8,9-16.)

on the FOH desk sending AES50A outs 1-8 and 9-16 means when you patch an output on the routing OUT tab, that means it will show up in the X32 Rack And S16 stage box? so for example, let's say I wanted to send Mix buses 1-8 to the S16, and mix Buses 9-12 and the sub, Center and L, R to the Rack, would your setup allow that?

Can someone please explain how to get outs 9-16 to the S16? I can get the 1st 8 to the Rack. I have an M32 R and my XLR outs tab only has 8 outputs.. Am I stuck?

You can control the gains for the rack from EITHER the x32 or the rack, but not both at the same time.

Please help me 🙏 I’m running an x32rack ans a S16 snake ... x32rack running channels 17-24 and bus 1-8 I need to send bus 9-12 to s16 and channels 1-16 🙏 please help

Friend we have the x32 rack in our church, but only 16 XLR channel are getting short for our needs, so I was thinking if we can add a SD16 snake to our X32 rack. In such a way that we increase the channels capacity, using our existing X32 channels plus the SD16 Channels....for a 32 total! You think it's possible?

You can totally add an s-16 to the unit for more channels and outputs.
