pls can one use an android device to operate on x32 without WiFi (router)?

Not as far as I know. You need some sort of way to transmit data back and forth. Doesn't necessarily have to be something expensive. I often use a $40 Netgear with great results. -Chad

Netgear is a brand of wireless router. Not sure what the range is. Definitely depends on the quality of wireless device and any competing wireless equipment.
